Summer Update

Hi all,
We’re still working out the kinks in the system. If you have reached this blog while attempting to reach our website, please try typing www.rogueskennel.com in your address bar.
Also, keep checking back from time to time. We recently added two news dogs to the kennel. They came from Salcha, AK where they lived with Martina Delp, a musher who rescued sled dogs. Unfortunately she died in a tragic accident and her 30 plus sled dogs were left without an owner or home. Look for the photos and bios of these two new guys soon.

    I do not have a web site of my own up yet, but when I do finally get it started, I plan on adding info about my sister to it. It has been very sad for me to hear about this happening to my sister. If only I had come up a few weeks earlier than maybe this would not have happened. I would like to thank you and all others who continue to offer care, to continueing martina’s dreams. I would like the Long Haul Kennel organization to continue, but we must wait for the probate to come through. I recently just got out a bad Army experience as well as experiencing my time in Iraq. I would have liked to stay in Alaska but I needed to return back to California to do more resting. I will continue to review your site from time to time.

    I want to thank you for updating this site with the information about my sister. it is greatly appreciated. I hope that in the future there is enough manpower to continue the Long Haul Kennell with what resources She left behind for those long and short term friends.>alice-nicole

    I was good friend with Martina. I still have trouble accepting all of this! How are your parents?

    I did not make the memorial. I never heard back from your dad. I hope you are well.

    Again. So sorry. I think many of us wish we had been there to help her that day!!
